- Air Conditioned Accommodation on twin share basis at all places..
- All Travel / Transport by AC vehicle as per the above itinerary
- All Sightseeing and all transfers in Private Non AC Car as per the itinerary 
- All toll taxes, State taxes, Parking fees & driver's Allowance
- Daily Breakfast at the Hotel lunch or dinner at hotels as per request

Note:
- In All Hotels Base category rooms are allocated for the stay, In case of up gradation It will be Charged.
- In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotel mentioned, we shall provide alternative hotels of similar category.
- Check in Check out 12.00 noon at all hotels.
- In case of 3 Pax, 1 room with 1 extra bed will be provided
- Air Conditioned will not run in Hill Area.

- Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.
- Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any other item.
- Guide / Entry fees, Boatings, Elephant riding / Horse ridings etc. During sightseeing
- Any Medical /rescue evacuation due to mishaps. 
- Optional Activities mentioned in the itinerary 
- Any other things that is not included in the “Package Cost Includes” Column.

Note:
- Any changes in Govt. taxes, Hotel Tariff, etc will be intimated before confirming the Package. 
- Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors
beyond control. 
- Government Service tax @ 3.65 Extra 
- Every passenger is travelling on his own responsibility. The company will not be responsible for any loss of luggage or any accidents. We are not responsible for theft or damage to your luggage.
- Also note that Video & Audio systems are prohibited in commercial vehicles as per law and we do not guarantee for it always.

- For cancellations done prior to 45 days of departure, no cancellation fees would apply.
- For cancellations done between 31 to 44 days of departure, 25% cancellation fees would apply.
- For cancellations done between 21 to 30 days of departure, 50% cancellation fees would apply.
- For cancellations done between 12 to 20 days of departure, 75% cancellation fees would apply.
- For cancellations done within 10 days of departure, 100% cancellation fees would apply. No refunds would be made.
