DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT SAIGON
Arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, welcome by your tour guide and transfer to city center.Check-in time after 14:00.
Free time for your rest or for your individual discovery.
Overnight in Saigon.
DAY 2: SAIGON – CAI BE : boat and bike (ride:30km) (B, L, D)
Meet up at your hotel in Saigon. Transfer with bikes to Cai Lay. crossing a local ferry, ride to Cai Be on back roads approx 1.5 hours, finish the morning ride at another ferry, take a boat to a local industry, where you can learn how to make pop-rice, coconut candies, rice-papers.. Have lunch on an island before continuing onto our local home stay , a typical Mekong Delta Vietnam house, with airy rooms and outdoor kitchen. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore the peaceful village surrounding the home- stay. Dinner will be prepared by the home stay hosts, also you will be join this memorable cooking class.

Overnight at Ba Linh Home-stay
DAY 3: CAIBE - TRA VINH (ride: 45-65km) (B, L, D)
Riding from home-stay enjoy the riding to one of the Mekong Islands. Bike along narrow country lanes, easy dirt tracks and trails. This is biking at its most glorious-through tiny orchards, witness colorful life along the riverside, pedal past picturesque delta homes, pause to chat with welcoming villagers, After lunch, ride in amazing green of coconut plantations, and end at a ferry across the expansive Co Chien River. Ride a final few km to the very pretty Khmer town of Tra Vinh. There will be plenty of time to explore side tracks and trails as the cycling distance today is not far. This gives a great first impression of the “heart of the Mekong”. Overnight in local hotel in Tra Vinh.

Overnight at Cuu Long Hotel
DAY 4 : TRA VINH - CAN THO (approx 50 Kms) (B, L, D)
Today’s route is peaceful, with narrow and very pretty roads all the way to Can Tho. There is plenty along the way to see, from the contrasting architectural styles of ethnic Khmer homes, to the numerous colorful Khmer temples and to the fascinating river scenes witnessed when pedaling over countless small wooden plank bridges and single trek lanes. Visit Ba Om Pond with its magnificent lotus flowers.

DAY 5: CAN THO - LONG XUYEN (approx 75 kms) (B, L, D)
Today’s ride is split into two sections and is a contrast to the previous day’s ride. After a very early breakfast, you will take a boat trip to the famous Cai Rang floating market before riding on a narrow paved road market to Phong Dien floating market. The route weaves through morning market bustle along the banks of the very busy river. Absorb the sights of endless cottage industries, timber merchants, coconut shredders, small docks loading/unloading rice, and tiny vibrant markets. You will continue by bike on the narrow lane to the main road, In the afternoon, you will continue riding along a road leading upstream towards Long Xuyen. The ride ends with a final 25-minute transfer (1hr) to Long Xuyen

Overnight at My Khanh Resort
DAY 6: LONG XUYEN-CHAU DOC (Approx 45kms + ) (B, L, D)
Once more, today’s scenery is completely different. After a short early morning transfer to Tri Ton, the cycling starts to gently undulate and mountains begin to loom as you ride closer and closer to Chau Doc. The presence of Thot Not trees indicates the growing proximity to Cambodia and the local people speak Vietnamese as their second language. This afternoon you will cycle to the Killing Fields of Vietnam at Ba Chuc, where Pol Pot’s regime massacred over 3,000 Vietnamese in 1978. The route loops round to Chau Doc from Ba Chuc along the border, or re-trace back to Tri Ton (depending on road conditions) and ride the rest of the way to Chau Doc along incredible country roads. Those with energy to spare can climb Sam ‘Mountain’ for sunset! Dinner & overnight in hotel for your last night in Vietnam.

Overnight at Home-stay
DAY 7: CHAU DOC - SA DEC (B, L, D) (ride 45 kms)
Take a boat trip to floating villages where thousand people live on the fish cages and also a stop at Cham village to see Cham people making their own brocades.
Starting to ride from TAN CHAU ferry, follow amazing road with welcoming from locals along the sides to Cho Moi, there are some handicraft workshops on our way, people are happy for us to join them. Lunch will be on route and arrange by guide and driver, as there is not much tourists in this area. There is time to ride and discover the Sa Dec, where the famous movie named ‘The Lover’ was shot, ask your guide to provide you the video.
Overnight in Sadec-the French colonial town
DAY 8: SA DEC - XEO QUYT – SAIGON (ride : 25-35 kms) (B, L, -)
Spending the morning to ride through many flower gardens, the flower central of Mekong delta. The riding will take you to Xeo Quyt-The Cu Chi tunnels of Mekong delta.
Small boat ride through many paper bark trees will offer you the peaceful of the country side, also the famous historical site of Mekong delta during the ‘Vietnam war’.
Lunch in the forest with special dishes like: water ly ly leaves, snake head fish
Meeting your car and transfer back to Sai Gon
